AN ABSOLUTE “EPITOME OF LUNACY” — THE DSA (DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISTS OF AMERICA) CANDIDATES - POLICIES - AGENDAS!

(Upfront Acknowledgement: This posted commentary may very aptly be considered a painfully verbose, ego-driven, exercise in futility.  One known to exist by an extremely uttermost few, and actually read by even less in number.  While also void of the faintest trace of any anticipated or otherwise related notable outcome . . . especially regarding the profoundly challenging task of, even in the slightest of fashion, influencing any change whatsoever in human behavior.)

In any case, before embarking upon the herein, and considering that many of the Radical-left and like-minded others are often challenged by various otherwise commonly understood terms and definitions (e.g., boy, girl, man, woman, legal immigrant, illegal immigrant, etc.), the following is a review of a few terms especially applicable to the title/topic/subject of this particular posting.

For example, in the world of definitions, an “Epitome” is considered to be “a perfect example of something”; while “Lunacy” entails “insanity, mental disorder, or otherwise extremely foolish, eccentric, or irrational behavior”; and “Absolute” of course meaning “not qualified of diminished in any way.”

However, at this point it is "survival-crucial" to not only recognize, but also to responsibly deal with the fact that there exists an "even more perfect" example (i.e., Epitome) of “Lunacy” than the DSA (Democrat Socialists of America) and their Radical-left Communist-infested agenda!  And that "even more perfect" example would of course be . . . voting for and otherwise supporting and tolerating existence of DSA candidates/policies/agendas in America or elsewhere!

Yes, especially considering historical facts-of-life, such as: (1.) Socialism is unquestionably a steppingstone to Communism; and (2.) an estimated 100 million deaths or so are attributable to 20th-century Communist regimes, such as the Soviet Union, China, Cambodia, North Korea, etc., from executions, famines, forced labor, and other repressive policies, etc. Not to mention the also historical fact that countless suffering human beings to this day struggle to escape such communist regimes for a chance of legal (or if necessary, illegal) entry into our ever-so-precious individual liberty sustaining Constitutional Republic!

And as our ever-so-crucial November 3, 2026 midterm elections rapidly approach . . . to even the yet minimally sane among us it is far beyond mindboggling to grasp how a truly “evil/enemy within” such as the Communist-rooted DSA (Democrat Socialists of America) has been able to develop and spread within our precious envy of the world safe haven for liberty/freedom — The United States of America!

Yes, for example, how could any properly educated (not indoctrinated) American youth, or any right-minded adult, give any serious consideration or support to old long-standing Communist-spewing U.S. Congressman Bernie Sanders! And who in their right mind and with any resemblance of common sense, would ever vote for NY City’s now in office Democrat-Socialist (actually, Communist) Mayor, Zohran Mamdani! And who with even the briefest of rational consideration, and having even a trace of U.S. Patriotism, would accept the support of other “enemies within,” such as multi-billionaire George Soros and his family as they continue to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of America-hating/America-destroying candidates/policies/agendas!

And what rational thinking and common-sense blessed persons can be more concerned about the price of gasoline than prospects of a crazed Iran leadership who has for over 47 years shouted “Death to America” gaining access to nuclear weapons! Or what responsible mind tolerates/advocates biological males infesting sports and restrooms of biological females! And what survival-minded American can advocate/tolerate opening our U.S. borders to invasions of millions of illegal aliens; or allow “anti-U.S./anti-U.S. Constitution” Radical-Islam/Sharia Law to take root within our cities; etc.; etc.; etc.!

And so, folks, regardless of political or non-political persuasions/leanings, we can either do the right, rational, and common-sense thing in our ever-so-crucial upcoming November 3, 2026 midterm elections, and all elections thereafter . . . or through flawed, irrational, and otherwise irresponsible voter participation or non-participation, be a shameful contributor to the destruction of what is truly individual liberty’s last hope on Earth . . . our ever so precious Constitutional Republic . . . The United States of America!

The “choice” is ours . . . at least thus far it is!

A SPECIAL VOTING CAUTION — “SCREWING IT ALL UP” IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT AN OBSOLETE SKILL OF “WE THE PEOPLE”!

Given the truly crucial nature of our country’s rapidly upcoming November 3, 2026 midterm elections, it is of absolutely profound importance that We the People duly guard against the far from obsolete skill of “Screwing it all up” . . . that is, mishandling, damaging, or otherwise ruining something through failure, error, or chaos, etc., . . . such as, but not limited to the not so long ago elections establishing and empowering the devastating Obama and Biden administrations, etc. Yes, failures, errors, or chaos, etc., especially aided by ignorance, apathy, complacency, denial, greed, and counter-productive fear.

And while our country’s founders did a truly unprecedented job at establishing and gifting to us an ever-so-precious individual liberty enabling constitutional republic, with checks and balances to aid our continuance thereof . . . we nevertheless must never lose sight that history attests we can nevertheless still “Screw it all up”!

Yes, the Founders passed to us a very special form of government where sovereignty deliberately rests with We the People. Where we may act on our own or through our elected representatives to deal with issues, where our government is a servant of its people — where our government’s power comes from and is limited by its citizens. And for the sake of present and future generations of Americans . . . hopefully enough factually-informed, rational minded, commonsense rooted, voter-participating citizens dedicated to protecting our precious country from, for example, but not limited to: uncontrolled borders; invasions by illegal aliens; an unsustainable national debt; biological males invading the sports and restrooms of biological females; fraudulent use of tax dollars; threats foreign and domestic (e.g., socialism/communism; radical Islam; crime; corruption; abusive government; etc.); threats to our U.S. Constitution; threats to our free enterprise rooted economy; etc. . . . in other words, enough great American patriots to prevent existential threats to our precious liberty and freedom . . . and especially from threats potentially one day found to be “unrecoverably so”!    —William James Moore.

"GUN-FREE ZONES" — A SHAMEFUL DELUSION OF PROTECTION!

As the "long past due" December 3, 2026 scheduled execution of Fort Hood mass murderer Nidal Malik Hasan draws near . . . it seems worthwhile to reflect upon some related history . . . such as, but not limited to: (1.) “below” citing of one of President Clinton’s first acts in 1993; and (2.) also “copied below,” an August 6, 2015 personal letter to three at the time Kansas congressional leaders.

(1.) Yes, among President Clinton's first acts upon taking office in 1993 was to disarm U.S. soldiers on military bases. In March 1993, the Army imposed regulations forbidding military personnel from carrying their personal firearms and making it almost impossible for commanders to issue firearms to soldiers in the U.S. for personal protection. For the most part, only military police regularly carry firearms on base, and their presence is stretched thin by high demand for MPs in war zones.

(2.) Letter to Congress:

August 6, 2015

Dear Representative Jenkins,
Dear Senator Roberts,
Dear Senator Moran,

In June, 2009, Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad killed 1 and injured another at a recruiting station in Little Rock, Arkansas...

In November, 2009, Nidal Malik Hasan killed 13 and injured 32 at the Soldier Readiness Center in Fort Hood, Texas...

In September, 2013, Aaron Alexis killed 12 and injured 3 at Navy Yard in Washington, DC...

In April, 2014, Ivan A. Lopez killed 3 and injured 16 marking the second mass-shooting in Fort Hood, Texas...

In July, 2015, Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez killed 5 and injured 2 at a recruiting center in Chattanooga, Tennessee...

These things stated, allow me to note that every one of these tragedies were facilitated by the federal policy that mandates ‘Gun-Free Zones’ at bases and other military workplaces.

Seeing that "Gun-Free Zones" have consistently failed -- and at the expense of many American lives -- I urge you to work with your colleagues to eliminate the "Gun-Free Zones" currently existing at military establishments.

Fact is, "Gun-Free Zones" are nothing more than "Free-Fire Zones" for predators and terrorists.

Furthermore, rumors are circulating that our U.S. Navy may charge Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) Timothy White for “illegally” using his sidearm against Mohammed Abdulazeez – the terrorist who opened fire at a recruiting station and reserve training center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, July 2015. As demonstrated patriots of this great nation, you clearly recognize that any such action against LCDR White would be an outrageous injustice and a devastating and demoralizing insult to our past, present, and future military personnel. LCDR should be awarded an appropriate Letter and Medal of Commendation for his courageous act—not disrespectful hassle from the country he serves.

Please take immediate action on this.

“I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.” —George Mason, Co-author of the Second Amendment.

Sincerely,

Mr. William Moore

‘‘To Vote or Not Vote?” — Some Reasons and Excuses!

During the rapidly approaching general midterm elections on November 3, 2026, voters nationwide will decide all 435 seats of our U.S. House of Representatives; some 35 of the 100 seats in our U.S. Senate and 36 state governors; along with thousands of other state and local officials. Whereas, via various prior thereto held midterm elections during the YEAR 2026 primary season, the at the time “participating” voters will have chosen the candidates from each party available to vote for in November.

And as billions of campaign dollars are again spent in an effort to retain or gain positions of power, influence, privilege, and responsibility throughout various levels of government, millions will review, finalize, and ultimately carry out their respective voting plans . . . as many others wrestle with whether “to vote or not vote?”

Therefore, in aid to those searching for some self-gratifying justification for “not voting” . . . for not letting their political voice be heard . . . here are a few time-worn excuses to consider: forgot to register to vote; bad weather; sick; disabled; inconvenient voting place; ID/proof of U.S. citizenship required; conflicting schedule; had to work; on travel/vacation; disgusted with politics; no good candidates; all political parties are the same; politics is all about money; corrupt politicians; all that politicians care about is just getting elected; etc. And if none of these do the trick, maybe the following old standby will help . . . “our votes don’t really count anyway.”

And for those still undecided, but truly seeking some justification for the time and effort involved in trying to be informed, rational, and active voters . . . how about seriously pondering potential election outcomes such as, but not limited to: bigger vs smaller government; more vs less government regulations; additional/higher vs fewer/lower taxes; educational institutions committed to “educating” vs “indoctrinating”; free vs censored speech; lawful citizens having the right to bear arms vs government mandated universal disarmament; secured vs unsecured U.S. borders; deportation of vs sanctuary for illegal aliens; funding vs de-funding of police departments, prisons, etc.; no tolerance for vs acceptance of biological males in women’s sports, women’s restrooms, etc.; no tolerance for vs tolerance of a nuclear-armed Iran leadership that has for some 47 years chanted “Death to Israel & Death to America”; responsible vs irresponsible attention to “our” ever growing and unsustainable U.S. National Debt, now exceeding some $40 Trillion; and support for a socialist/communist rooted economy/government vs a competitive market-driven economy rooted in our U.S. Constitution founded Republic; etc.

On the other hand, for those doing their best to be responsible, factually informed, rational, and faithfully active voters, please give yourself a justified pat-on-the-back . . . our ever so challenged country needs many more to do the same! And be very proud and grateful that you are not among the shameful numbers who, election after election, waste or misuse their precious (envy of the World) voting right, privilege, and responsibility afforded us by the profound sacrifice of so many others past and present.

Yes, we so-called adults in the room can either be a meaningful contributor to our country’s solutions, or to its problems . . . we can either focus on the “reasons” for voting, or the “excuses” not to! The choice is ours . . . that is, at least so far it is.

“THE PRICE OF GASOLINE”

Included herein is some noteworthy info about the price of gasoline. But first . . . a bit of trivia to ponder.

Earth, upon which we all reside, is reportedly an about 4.5 billion years old planet, some 7,926 miles in diameter, rotating on its axis at a mere 1,040 miles per hour, all while orbiting the Sun (located approximately 93 million miles away) at about 67,000 miles per hour.

Yes, the “Sun” . . . one of about 100 billion stars or so located within an about 10 billion years old “galaxy” named the Milky Way (a galaxy of course being a huge collection of gas, dust, and billions of stars and their solar systems, all held together by gravity). With our “Milky Way” being spiral shaped galaxy so huge that light traveling at about 186,000 miles per second (or about 6 trillion miles per year) would take at least 100,000 years to cross its diameter.

While our “Milky Way” . . . traveling through space at about 1.34 million miles per hour . . . is in turn reportedly just one of at least hundreds of billions (possibly up to trillions) of galaxies, each with billions of stars, existing in the observable “universe” (with the universe defined as “all existing matter”).

And then there’s “the closest” major neighboring galaxy to our Milky Way . . . the Andromeda galaxy, roughly 1.5 to 2 times larger than our Milky Way, with a diameter of about 220,000 light years. And although located roughly 2.5 million light‑years away . . . still observable to the naked eye even under moderately dark skies . . . considered one of the most distant objects observable without optical aid . . . and notable for its bright blue tinge, caused by pockets of its hot young stars burning bright blue.

Oh, yes, the same Andromeda Galaxy various astronomers have for years predicted may collide with our Milky Way Galaxy in about 4.5 billion years or so . . . in an event already dubbed the Andromeda-Milky Way collision.

And as we put above trivia aside for the moment and instead pursue a brief and general review of the “Price of Gasoline,” we find that . . . U.S. gasoline prices have ranged from under $1 per gallon in the 1990s to over $5 per gallon in 2022, with recent averages around $4.47 per gallon in late 2026.

Of course rather than the “Price of Gasoline,” some may instead choose to anguish over the prospects of an “Andromeda-Milky Way collision” . . . while still others among us entertain concerns about other things, such as, but not limited to, the prospects of a crazed Iranian leadership that has for over 47 years chanted death to America one day gaining access to nuclear weapons; and supporters of Communism occupying positions of power and influence within U.S. government; etc.

Seems it likely all comes down to a matter of personal perspective . . . of we humans with an average life expectancy of about 79 years or so.
